Instructions for the leader

Divide the group into pairs in an open, safe space. Partners hold onto the other's wrists securely and make direct eye contact while showing their “high-on-life” face. Play the song "You Sping Me Round" by Marc Korn. Partners lightly jump to the beat, while spining together gently, while leaning back slightly to create a “tornado” effect. Increase the speed of spinning as the game goes on, then rotate partners. Demonstrate a safe spin with a volunteer, emphasizing wrist connection and balance.
