Instructions for the leader

Gather the group in a circle with a clear central space. One participant at a time steps into the center. They speak enthusiastically for 1-2 minutes about something that “fires them up” (a hobby, cause, or idea). The group listens attentively and offers applause after each pitch. Rotate volunteers or go clockwise. Demonstrate a short, energetic pitch to inspire confidence.
