Structure & Rules: Declaration Selection: Going clockwise around the circle, each participant selects one of three formal speaking modes: 1. An Oath: A promise or commitment (e.g., "I oath to practice active listening this week"). 2. A Toast: Expression of gratitude (e.g., "A toast to the psychological safety in this room"). 3. A Boast: Playful self-celebration (e.g., "A boast about my resilience this month"). Strict Brevity: Keep each individual declaration to 30β60 seconds. Timing: Allocate 5β10 minutes total depending on group size, concluding with a unified group cheer or applause.
