Activity: Personal Storytelling via Visuals Divide participants into small groups of 3–6 people and ensure everyone has access to personal photos or videos on their smartphones. Pre-Activity Guidance: Frame the activity as an opportunity to build personal connection beyond professional roles. Emphasize psychological safety—participants should share only life moments they feel completely comfortable making public. Structure & Rules: Visual Storytelling: Each person takes a 5-minute turn sharing 1–3 photos or videos from their personal life while telling a positive backstory. Respectful Silence: Group members listen quietly without cross-talk or interruptions while the photo is being presented. Curious Q&A: Following each 5-minute share, allocate 1–2 minutes for group members to ask warm, curious follow-up questions. Timing: Allocate 6–7 minutes per participant (approx. 20–30 minutes total depending on group size), ensuring equal time for every member.
