Instructions for the leader

Gather the group in a circle in an open space. Play high-energy music with drops. One person is nominated to stand in the center. The circle rotates around the center person/pair, clapping and chanting their name(s) to build anticipation. At the drop, the center person dances their hardest, without self-consciousness. The people on the outside cheer them on. After each drop, a new person volunteers to go into the center. Demonstrate a "hype dance" to set the vibe.
