Instructions for the leader

Form a large circle in an open space. Play high-energy music with drops. Everyone starts by walking clockwise in the circle, building speed and energy as the song builds. At the song's drop, everyone converges inward to the center, meeting in a huddle or cheer. Reform the circle and repeat for multiple drops. Demonstrate running and converging safely to avoid collisions.
