Instructions for the leader

Create groups of three. One person is declared the dreamer. They speak uninterrupted for 3 minutes about their dream version of themselves—their values, habits, lifestyle, and more. Afterward, the dreamer turns around and faces away from the two listeners. The two listeners then positively gossip about the dreamer as if the dreamer’s dream is real. The listeners paraphrase what the dreamer said, cheer them on, and express admiration for the dreamer. Each participants gets a turn being the dreamer.
