Doom Circle

Instructions for the leader

Arrange the group in a circle. One person at a time steps into the center. The goal is to offer feedback and uncover difficult things that would normally be left unsaid. The person in the center is in control and can ask for feedback in any way they want. Once everyone in the outer circle has given their brief feedback to the person in the center, the next person takes their turn in the middle.
