Gather the group in an open space with room to move. Play upbeat music. One person is the "Dance Commander". The Commander leads by performing improvised movements, moving around the entire space, and the rest of the group mirrors them enthusiastically. The Dance Commander chooses the next commander every 1–2 minutes with a shoulder tap.
