Instructions for the leader

Clear an open space for movement and discuss consent for light physical contact. Play a twerk song. Participants move around the space. The goal is to gently bump butts with other participants in a playful, non-aggressive way (butt-to-butt only). Encourage laughter and silly movements, keeping the bumps light. Demonstrate a gentle butt bump with a volunteer to set the tone.
